While I understand that the bottom line here is a business transaction, it has been fun to look through some of the older posts/threads and get a good laugh. Could be that as of September 1, 2019 a new law went into effect and in the state of Texas, "Online Promotion of Prostitution" is now a 2nd Degree Felony. The law is extremely ambiguous and wide open for interpretation and prosecution. Also, the AG of Texas, Ken Paxton,along with 15 other state AG's filed and Amicus Curiae Brief with the DC superior court in an attempt to allow individual state's prosecute the federal provision contained within Section 230 of FOSTA. This industry needs to unite and combat these draconian efforts put an end to your way of life.
