If he or she expects others to address them as a sex they are not, that is demanding, or at least expecting, participation from others. Originally Posted by CreatedInSpace

That’s incorrect, politeness has nothing to do with it. I would expect to be addressed as what I am, not as what I am not. Gender identity is a made up term to describe one’s personality and fashion sense, but it doesn’t change their gender. That’s something that is not possible. This went without saying for 299,990 of the 300,000 or so years that homo sapiens have roamed the planet, and still does for anyone with a modicum of honesty.

That is how it was for a long time, people kept their fetishes behind closed doors. These days trans people demand others participate in their kink by pretending they’re something that everyone knows they’re not. God help anyone in the public sphere who chooses honesty, they are descended upon by an angry mob and called every name in the book. Originally Posted by CreatedInSpace

I'm not sure whether your main source of poontang is a wife, girlfriend, sugar baby or providers, but regardless you'd spend a lot less money on women if you didn't have balls. Not only that, you'd be able to focus on work better. So you'd make more money from working more and longer. And you'd better achieve the chief aim of man in the view of some of our board members here, paying more taxes to the federal government.

Seriously though, from the little I know, I don't think it's a mental disorder. I'm sure there are trans people out there who are better adjusted mentally than your average cisman or ciswoman.

I didn't know what a cisman or ciswoman was until yesterday. Thanks to Winn Dixie for starting this thread -- it's been interesting digging a little into this subject.
