Is ECCIE Political Section bias in Moderation? Otherwise, where is everyone?

If someone hits the RTM for a post, the mod will look at that particular post.
No violation, no points.
If there is a violation, it gets points.

Not that simple, munchy. Just like your WaPo Truth-o-Meter, it's not self-evident. There's a certain amount of subjective judgment involved in applying many of the guidelines.

If somebody overuses the button, they'll be the little boy who cried wolf and fuck themselves.

I think it's funny when somebody whines about someone pressing the button. Even funnier when they accuse a specific person of doing it.
And of course the funniest is hearing someone claim it's chickenshit to use it.
My take on that is that those are the people pushing the button the most.

It is that simple.
If you disagree with the mod's decision to give or not give points, argue with them
You push the button and the mod decides if there is a violation.
It doesn't have to be self evident to you. You don't decide. You won't even know if the post got points.
You just push the button and either points will be given or they won't. There is even a chance for you to say why you think it should be given points.

You claim it's chickenshit to use the button. But you use it anyway. You use it and claim my "take" is wrong.
You seem to think that a single data point, your own that uses the RTM button, makes my take wrong.

You aren't doing so well here.

I'll give you one more chance. Tell me why using the button is "definitely chickenshit". Why is the mechanism provided by the site to report rule violations "definitely chickenshit"?
As an example, someone is using the "n" word in posts. You're saying I'm chickenshit for alerting the mods?

Never mind answering. I couldn't care less what answer you come up with.

Like your response to my post. My post was simple and true. It didn't favor a side but you had to respond to it. You didn't improve it, clarify it or any add any positive aspect.
You added your opinion as fact, something that is frequently seen.
If I was going to put you on ignore for that, I would have missed most of your posts.

Maybe one day you'll accept responsibility for your points instead of blaming others.

You need to tell HedonistForever about the ignore button.
I knew you wouldn't be far behind the other ll.

So if I'm on ignore, why did you respond?

And if you could refute my posts with fact, a pretend intellectual such as yourself would be all over me.

So. I'm not putting you on ignore. You're even easier to prove wrong than ll. "Reasonable" is one of those code words Trumpys use. It means believe what I say without any proof and don't stand up to it.
Another code word is "attack". To you it means I corrected a "reasonable" argument you were shoveling.

Here is a thought for you. Every one of your "reasonable" arguments that you post about (that I respond to) has information that you selectively chose to ignore. I can say that because I frequently post that information. I don't bother with the minutia you post but things like you making false accusations, made up stats, trying to destroy our democracy, and general false information bother me. I know it can't be you(HS). To me it seems the more "reasonable" you claim to be, the more your info needs to be checked. Plus you don't read well.

I said people were put on ignore because they posted bullshit and wouldn't acknowledge truth and superior arguments. I can't think of anyone who is on ignore for being right all the time. I would have no argument with such a person.
An argument isn't superior if it isn't true.

If you can't follow or understand or are unwilling to check the links I post, it means you can't.

And not sure if others have noticed, your links frequently fail to work. Most go to page not found or some such.

If you put me on ignore, it will be like before except I won't have to reply to posts like this. I would also say you wouldn't have to write them but it doesn't bother you.

I look forward to your response.
And the opposite is also true. I put VS on ignore because I don't care to read his lack of any reasonable argument at all, it's attack, attack, attack and nothing more. Some people like to play that game, I don't.
