If you apply that logic to life in general, we're all pimps. After all, to make a living at a "regular" job, you have to pimp out your intelligence, the ability to solve problems or create sales and your body, because you have to actually be at the employers office or place of business.
So therefore, every stay at home mom is a whore. Every trophy wife who stays with her husband for the sake of comfort is a whore. A religious man whores for God.

Guess it's a philosophical discussion for another time but this is the best main reason for NOT having "lists". Even the smart ones are not able to identify the meaning of the word "pimp" and it's variations.
Why? Perhaps the term is undefinable to suit everyone. Again, having a list is dumb in a long line of poor ideas.
