Some people are theorizing that the prosecutor is trying to lose this trial with his stupid tricks. Okay, why?
One school of thought is that he is losing and by getting a mistrial, he gets another bite of the apple. The judge could declare a mistrial with prejudice which means that this is over...or is it?
What happens if Kyle walks free after a jury verdict? The left would be very upset and what would they do then? Riot? Have supportive rallies? Protest? More fires? The democrats would find a microphone and belabor how the justice system is broken when it lets white racists go free.
How about if Kyle walks free when there is NO jury verdict. Mistrial or being dismissed by the judge...well, the left would go absolutely crazy!
Could that be the ultimate goal? Chaos? A need for federal law enforcement to step in. More citizens step up and more rioters get shot...which would require more gun control.

the Mayor in part said he "supported the 2nd amendment" and Evers the Governor was slow to use the Wisconsin National Guard. supposedly there were 250 guardsmen there the night of the shootings. however when the 8 pm curfew began no officials told anyone, police or Guard, to enforce it and disperse the crowd. the Guard mostly were there to protect the Kenosha County Courthouse.


these were huge mistakes by the Mayor and Evers to allow the riots to continue rather than enforce the curfew.


it's quite possible .. likely actually .. that if the city had enforced the curfew those BLM aholes wouldn't have been burning shit down and letting so-called "activists" like Rosenbaum and Huber run around threatening to kill people.

DA's releasing those committing criminal activity as soon as they were arrested
