He has been completely over matched here and seemingly has no interest in doing the work to complete what is necessary to control the spread of this in the US. The reason why Trump doesn't take responsibility for Covid-19 is because he didn't fund the development of the virus, that was on Obama's watch back in 2015, 3.7 Million Dollars worth of research.
