I’ve not heard any solutions from either side that works. During Obama a border deal was negotiated but the far right killed it. Since then it’s been demagoguery against the policy of whoever is in power. No, the border isn’t any more secure today than it was in prior years. The border wasn’t secure under any president. Fortunately, the situation in the US has gotten better over time especially compared to the countries where immigration to the US is worst. Hence the growing problem year after year.

How about if we talk about this Bigly Biden lie - "the border is secure!"

You're the only person I know who keeps bringing up the vaccine "lie". At the time, it was thought to be the truth.
As far as drugs entering the country, they mostly come in through ports and truck crossings. Just like they always have. Anyone who says the borders are open is full of shit. Could they do a better job? Of course.

As far as claiming dems would say Jan. 6 is the number 1 lie is pure speculation. Trying to downplay it is completely foolhardy. Trump and gang tell lie after lie and try to rewrite history. The amount of misinformation that is spread is unbelievable. Something trumpys forget is the vast majority of the witnesses were repubs. The repubs could have had more people on the committee but they tried to have deniers who would have tried to gum up the works.

One of my favorites is the 51 intelligence officers claiming the laptop was Russian disinformation. What they said was that they didn't know if it was real or not. But the method used was similar to the 2016 election method used by the Russians. It took a year and a half after the election to confirm anything on the laptop was real. There is no confirmation of anything other than the emails were sent to H. Biden. His replies to those emails are not confirmed.
