Has the hobby that I once knew and loved all but disappeared?

Why thank you!

Hobby is the same as it has always been... $ for pussy and everything it involves. ASPD had drama, it had its skanks, its predators, its pimps, its behind the scenes deals for reviews for free pussy, its questionable activities, its illicit activities, its cliches, its fuck clubs, its WK's, its BK's and much more.....none of that has changed at all.

What has changed are the numbers of people... so it seems like there is more but those things have always been around.

3-5 years ago isn't all that far back, the "good old days" are farther back than that.

Absolutely right. I've heard it from most everyone "older", complaints of not just the internet or email crudeness, but also in person. It is not like it was.

The good ones are hiding, and for good reason.

Many of my play pals I've met at the Grocery store, Mcdonald's , anywhere ... Originally Posted by Eva Damita

Meg,
Welcome Back.

I have to agree that I do not feel that same sense of Brotherhood but I quit looking/trying years ago.
Do not want or need any drama so try to stay out of it (as you stated, hate TV now as well as drama sells).
I think as you summed up it is the dumbing down and acceptance of rude behavior today in our world.
Stay classy.
Always ask yourself what sets you apart from other women that a man can spend time with... Originally Posted by TexasCowboy

ehhh the hobby has changed a bit since ive started on both sides of the fence, but i will say this, these new ladies are stepping it up!!!

There are a whole new breed of providers that are entering the hobby, ones that have me in the gym stepping my own game up LOL... These ladies are super hot and sexy!!! I am not talking about the skuzzy bp pimped out trash kind either.

I guess that is just the circle of hobby life... I choose to look at it as a good thing because I love hot ladies

I think it has changed if for no other reason, because of ease of access. In the ASPD days you had to log in with a computer.....now days you can log in with a phone, and everyone has a phone with internet access. The more people that get in the more unruly, crude, rude or just shitty behavior will come in......it's numbers.
There are still plenty of nice wonderful providers and hobbyists but they are not as visible in the crowd.

As far as I'm concerned, the good old days are now. We are blessed in Dallas with the hottest possible girls.

remember, the US population has grown from ~281 million in 2000 to about ~308 million in 2010 [about +9.6% growth]. the Dallas population from ~2.2 million in 2000 to ~2.3 million in 2010 [about +6.7% growth].

now, granted, the population of providers and clients grew at a different rate that the city. but w/ population growth, the actual number of people involved in "the hobby" has grown.

kinda like Luke Skywalker said, these are the good old days.
as were the 2010s, the 2005s, the 2000s, the 1990s, even the late 1890s and before!!!
