This national guard claim has been debunked numerous times. The president has sole control over the DC national guard. Name one source that has evidence that Pelosi declined or has the authority to keep the DC national guard away from the Capitol.

The vast majority (if not all of the cases) of the cases used footage to prove the government cases. Is there unreleased footage proving someone wasn't inside?
