Ever Have a Provider Give You Money Back?

I would certainly give back an overpayment or offer credit on the next booking. Matter of fact, I just had this happen. Had a booking for 2 hrs. Thought the donation was a 5 short, which didn't concern me with a 2 hour appointment. Realized after he had left that it was actually over and immediately offered credit for next visit. I believe in being fair and I think it's things like this that show you actually care about the people you're seeing. Now, don't get me wrong, I love getting tips. But, only if it's clearly intended as a tip.
