I have no shame and what I'm about to tell you because it made me one hell of a good person and change my life for the better. My brother and I had a hard childhood lot of people do some people overcome it some people use it as an excuse their whole life. The reason I took the charge is because my brother was looking at 25 to life. I don't know if you have a brother or sister or family but he protected me from a lot of things during my childhood. I took the charge for him because to lessen his charge meaning he got charged as well but for different things I just took the main charge that would have sent him to prison forever. No it was not fair on my kids but it changed me into a damn good person it made me realize and appreciate a lot more. I thank God every day I went to prison some people might think that's weird but once you've experienced prison you never ever want to go back so you take the steps in life so that you never will. My brother gets out in 6 months and he has turned to God and became a man. Like I said I could give a s*** what anybody thinks about me I know who I am I know what I did and I wouldn't change my decision at all because in six months I get to see my brother's face again.
