Small claims vs. provider?

Young pussy, guilty as charged.
A judge will not be able to make her pay you back. Sure he can issue a judgement, but I doubt you'll receive a single penny.
If you have not been able to handle this amicably, I doubt the legal system will improve your situation given the circumstances. If you choose to go down that road, I would expect some consequences along with humiliation.
Lesson learned, this is a pay as you go hobby and not much Judge Judy can do to help you out.

Have to ask this... Did you pay her for the sex today?
I would take it as a discounted "paid in full" and cut ties before it goes bad again.
Leave on a "happy note"....you got laid.

I get what your saying, my approach is to politely request and make short visits, yesterday was 20 minutes, and see how many visits happen before she talks money again. I think I've mentally written the loss off such that instead of going bad again, it can just go.

I'm very curious when she'll bring $ up. Could be anywhere from 0-15 sessions.

I have a chunk of money pre-paid to a provider in advance for services. Sure, that sounds dumb, but after seeing her weekly for a couple months we had rapport and worked out a monthly deal. This was going pretty well; lots of fun, she would occasionally miss on me, but I was only a couple dates behind for the most part. She needed some stuff, so I bought it for her, as pre-paid services. The, with me about two months pre-paid, she cut me off over a small misunderstanding.

We talked and arranged a reduced amount for her to pay back, a considerable concession by me already. She was trying to cheat me out of all of it saying I owed her for cumshots (the original deal voided this as an upsell) and taking her out to lunch, so i made the concession. As of this post, she may still do the right thing. But I'm not sure; I've seen her shoplift, and I've good reason to suspect she's involved with public assistance fraud. And she doesn't communicate often, impolitely when so.

Yes, all these things were red flags as she got into my debt. But I was seeing her regular and while I was getting nervous, I hoped for the best and looked to get the books more balanced so I could not worry. I didn't make it.

I can't believe I'm the only dude to be in these shoes, and I'm looking for advice. Any decent way to get the money back? Anyone ever try small claims court with an escort? We know enough about each other to do some damage, but I'm probably in a stronger position re outing/alternative revenge, which I don't want to do. But I feel strongly cheated and betrayed and as such haven't dropped all my anger yet.

Can anyone share some helpful experience/advice? I know the #1 answer will be drop it and move on, but work is light lately and I'd like to take a run at the cash. Originally Posted by JohnnyCap

So she didn't exactly pay for stealing from you, but she did indeed pay some other consequences.

Absolutely. I would be ashamed to consider it, though I did, in the depth of irrational emotion, not to shame 1234NG. To let this amount of money make me a rat would be tragic. Had I not participated in the hobby, was an innocent bystander, there might be cause to clean the system. But things as they are, it would be of low character.

However, not a bad card to have should she have played dirty first.

Things have not gone that way.
How about the concept of the OP admitting to HIMSELF he was a fool for handing money over with a "promise" that services would be rendered and take some responsibility for his OWN actions? Maybe I'm crazy... but I'd blame MYSELF, and I would leave the courts, and the welfare office, out of it, learn a lesson, and get on with my life.
