I know how to speak Spanish so my brain translates it. But to get the proper fonts and characters and accents, I just go to an on-line Spanish dictionary type in the English word for what I want, then cut and paste the Spanish word for the appropriate typeface. But some dictionaries aren't very good and don't have anything other than the single most common European Spanish definitions and usages, so I type in the Spanish word without the right characters and usually it prompts me with the right word and spelling/typeface and then I use that.
