Yes, - I do believe the West Coast DPST politicians enabled and fomented the arsonist fire starters - some of whom have been stopped - and a full interrogation as to how and why these arsonists started the fires is needed.
a full investigation of the arsonists and origins needs to be done - but the DPST Governors will prevent that to cover their own asses. Even if they did not directly authorize the arsonists to start the fires - they are negligent murderers in their response and planning - they have murdered in the 30's documented - with many more to come as the DPST Arson Disaster unfolds.
