When I call in, I get their undivided attention.
When I arrive, I have their undivided attention.
Everything is clean.
Everything is ready for me.
It's in a high-end area and the inside is thoughtfully decorated.
I am talked to and treated in a very respectful manner.
No one is eating lunch in the next room stinking up the place.
No one is taking smoke breaks.
Multiple times during my appointment they will ask if I am okay, if I need anything, am I thirsty, am I hot, am I cold.
