Are you allowed to post alerts on her behalf as well? I'm sure she wouldn't want any of us to run into the same problem...since I get paid beforehand I know I won't but other girls here sometimes get paid after a session and they might appreciate the info.

I liked the story, except for the NY bashing. There are over 8 million people there. Assume 10% are jerk-offs, a small percentage, and it's 800,000 fucktards. A lot for sure, but not representative of the majority. Also, many people from NY are transplants. So yes, you can run into a bad NYer, but doesn't mean that they were actually born and raised there. For example, the SP mentioned that the guy was a "foreigner." When I lived in the city, the most inconsiderate people were tourists or transplants. I personally found Noo Yawkers to be some of the best clients I've encountered in 4 states. They understand respecting a provider's time = money. They showed up on time, left on time (or else paid for additional) and were cool in every way (no games about showering, asking inappropriate questions, etc). One of my best friends who did FBSM moved to NYC when she got burned out on the cheap and whiny SF clients, and was making money hand over fist, haha...

Having lived all over the US and Canada, I can attest that jerks recognize no regional boundaries.

theft of service would be hard to prove. and i think the cops that arrived would never make such an arrest. how would she be able to prove any sort of theft? at most it may have embarrassed him into paying. but i think he could also make the argument that she was criminally trespassing and the cops may have felt obligated to remove her from the premises and do nothing to the guy. i don't think the County Attorney's office in Travis County would file any theft of service charges on a guy for refusing to pay an escort for sex or her time. how would anyone prove anything to a jury? the County Attorney's office wouldn't take a case they aren't sure they'd win.

i think both parties basically bullshitted each other. the guy was obviously dumb to pull this at his own residence. not like she couldn't exact revenge via vandalism, outing him to his neighbors, or coming back with a pimp and kicking his ass.

i would like to hear the other half of the story though. i think it would be correct to hear both sides prior to anyone posting an alert on the male half. simply being a friend of a moderator doesn't give anyone any more credibility than anyone else.

that said if it was true, the guy has probably tried this before, and i am kind of surprised that no other girls have shared a similar experience from the guy.

Reverse the roles and the guy is screwed. Pays up front and she doesn't deliver. I can just see him threatening to call 911 for lack of services provided.

Many many moons ago before ASPD I ordered a doubles off of the back of the Chronicle (You can guess). Two came in while redneck pimp waited in truck in the driveway. One took the money and said she was going to leave it with the driver but I sensed she would not be returning.
I watched them argue in the truck and then wasted no time going out there to their surprise and hopped in beside her. He was behind the wheel. I stated the appt. was canceled and money was to be returned.
Still in shock they started rambling that they knew nothing about any money. At this point I bullshitted and reached one hand inside my open shirt to the waistline with a "Today is a good day to die" look staring him squarely in the eye and said I will ask one last time before suddenly noticing my new bills sitting folded on the dash. I grabbed the money with no resistance (Wonder why) and got out. Meanwhile the other provider watching from my front door seemed pissed at these two and stormed off down the street as they drove off after her. She left her undies at my place and judging from the pervasive nasty scent I was Extremely fortunate to have avoided the session.

I was much younger and dumber of course but the bottom line is all one can do is bullshit on either side in a situation like that. There will be no sympathy from the cops toward either side but both sides will go on the books. Only solution in a cash business is pay up front period. I don't get why anyone wouldn't do that. Now if she chooses to not check the envelope till afterward that is her call.

That was a very interesting story. I'm glad she stood up for herself. She got her full payment but there's now a paper trail LOL.

Most of the ladies who I've seen I have never been to their website but I still knew the rate. Nothing is free. If there's ever a discount it would be up to her not him. This is hobbying101 stuff.
