I doubt much of it LL. The police simply aren't enforcing the laws. Too much risk and retribution. Much easier to get paid staying at home and getting the check EFT'd. At best, stay three blocks away and wait for the "all clear signal" a day later.

In fact, it appears the police are actually assisting the rioters by shutting down the highways for them.

It's going to be interesting how some of these self defense arguments will hold up when the rioters get run over.

Exactly, you can't be arrested or detained according to the order. The only time you have to identify yourself to LE is if you are arrested or you are exercising a privilege, ie driving or carrying a weapon with a permit. So, how can they write a ticket or citation to someone they can't identify? Now if you are doing something else to give them reason to arrest then you're fucked but at that point the mask citation is the least of your problems. Don't give a false name and don't give them something else. Keep your mouth shut beyond the point of refusing to identify yourself.

The revised definition of positive cases by the CDC and Texas DSHS allows the public health departments to manipulate the number of positive cases as they want. So whatever fits the agenda. The model they show has several probable cases determined based on contact tracing for 1 positive PCR test. Caseload does not differentiate between positive cases and probable cases. THEY ARE ALL CONSIDERED COVID-19 CASES.
The number of cases since this revision was adopted(May 18) and implemented a couple weeks later could be over stating cases by as high at 15 - 16 fold by some estimates.

What's strange is you won't find any other news sources refuting the claims being made. It's just hard to find anything other than infowars regarding this.
