The CBA guarantees a fully paid salary for every team according to league profit sharing.

The Packers are filed as a publicly traded corporation so as per the SEC, they are required to publish their revenues and expenses. The profit sharing from the NFL to each team is apx $300M per year. This has nothing to do with each teams earnings, just profits the NFL made.
