I think that 18 months is the outside or uppeer limit on Biden's presidency.

Iat first, am convinced that he didn't really want to run due to health reasone; his diminishing cognitive ability, but was talked into it late in the prte-primary season. In my scenario, he was told that he would be a place-holder or a Trojan Horse for the VP, and was expected to resign soon after inauguration.

Now I think he has gotten to really like the idea of bering The Presidentz Of The United Sttes and doesn't want to just quit after he is sworn-in. But the real power brokeers are not buying that. They are already undermining him on two fronts. First, of vourse, is the age related diminished mentasl cspascity.
