As of 2 weeks ago, you do not. You als don’t need it to return to the US if you are a US citizen.
The gorilla I saw from HK were prett Careful about cleaning you up. One insisted that I shower before starting and several others had cleaners to sanitize you before activities.

No vaccine requirements for travel to or from Mexico. Just like in the US, some venues or events may require proof of vaccination. I was at the Tequila Expo last week and their rules said they would require proof of vaccination. When I visited on Friday they did not check. They just took my temperature. When I considered going back on Saturday they were checking records. I decided not to go in because the line was long.
