I think my squats are working! Maybe I owe a tiny bit of credit to ACG, too.

So glad the weather has been so great lately. I’ve had a lot more opportunities to walk my favorite trail, pictured above… From the Bentonville dog park to Crystal Bridges. Thinking about getting some in-line skates to use there!

Any recommendations for good in-line skates for outdoor use? I have always loved skating but it’s a different terrain outdoors vs a rink.

Had an amazing time floating the river this weekend with a very close friend!

That was my first time to ever experience a river float and we had a blast!

It was a little bit slow in the tubes… I think next time we will definitely have to get the kayaks!

Paying for it now with a little bit of a sunburn. Ouch!

Maybe Mr Moneybags will include some Coppertone with those fancy boots! Nobody wants legs as red as the bottom of their shoes!!! The float looks like fun but I will say that kayaks are better.

We did use sunscreen but I guess I just didn’t reapply it frequently enough.

I’m so fair-skinned that the sun always kills me regardless of which sunblock I use.
