both scenarios are possible. hpd will go in, try to get the lady to make the offer and then call in the cavalry if she does. if they don't get what they want, they will lie to make a bust and call in the cavalry anyway. "confidential" informants are also used sometimes as they can go through with the act (while being monitored) and then provide the info. all scenarios are recorded.

No. That would be unConstitutional.

No, but at the prices they charge customers for dancer drinks, it ought to be!!!

The dancers hustling over-priced watered-down drinks and getting a cut is what they are talking about when they say beverage solicitation.

I think between this new stuff coming down and the shit experiences I have had trying new places, I am going to dip when my PA runs out. Not really worth it these days. It has been an interesting ride these last 8 years and the time as a lurker before that.
