Has anyone mentioned this new law to providers?
I also wonder how LEO will go about enforcement, maybe stake out a more popular shop and harass a customer coming out?

BTW, A while back I was seeing an Amp girl that confided in me that she had been arrested. She didn't want to discuss to many details and we had a pretty big language barrier but I was trying to find out if the cop was trying to get her to say certain things, negotiating fee for service etc. She gave me the impression it wasn't a cop she was with but rather an informant who had written a review about her. Is it possible a John got busted and started cooperating with the cops to bust more providers?
UC Leo has to go in and be offered extras to make a case, then all hell breaks loose.

That is what I thought. It could have been miscommunication, she may have just been blaming the attention on a review.

Did I understand this new law correctly, the girls still only charged with a misdemeanor and the guy gets the felony?

People have been arrested for suspicion of other crimes. Even if the charges are later dropped, an arrest and a published mugshot is enough to ruin many people’s lives. Originally Posted by Owj

Look at the all the felonies confessed in the reviews.

So does thisd cover strip clubs? Is a lap dance a sex act under this law? If the dncer asks you to buy her a drink is that now a felony crime?

The dancers hustling over-priced watered-down drinks and getting a cut is what they are talking about when they say beverage solicitation.

I think between this new stuff coming down and the shit experiences I have had trying new places, I am going to dip when my PA runs out. Not really worth it these days. It has been an interesting ride these last 8 years and the time as a lurker before that.
