There is a 4th "possibility" ... The patrol officer saw a vehicle failing to maintain the lane and made a lawful, appropriate stop of the vehicle to investigate the situation, which she not only has a right to do, but an obligation to do it.

The officer's initial information did not identify her as the spouse of any politician or "VIP" ... AND her name doesn't reveal such a status. And that is appropriate for LE.

While investigating the officer noticed a person in the vehicle needing care and supervision. At that point the safety and security of that other person was the officer's legal duty and responsibility. Had she been "intoxicated" or otherwise in a condition that would prevent her from continuing to drive safely the officer owed a duty to the other person who could not drive, and if the officer had simply released the driver with the other person in the vehicle and down the road there was an accident that killed or injured anyone .... it would be the officer's fault for releasing this driver if it was discovered the driver had a condition that would prohibit the driver from operating a vehicle safely.

I suppose it's ok to hate and disparage police officers ... but just don't call one if you feel like you need one ...and if one stops by while you are lying on the ground bleeding and then leaves without helping you ....don't be pissed. Just understand that you hate them and disparage them ... so they are meeting your expectations.

Re comment about "stopping in the middle of the road" ... I just looked at the initial stop video. She WAS STOPPED in the video in the middle lane BECAUSE THERE WAS A TRUCK STOPPED IN FRONT OF HER ... it happens too frequently that people stop (or remain stopped) when overheads light up .... she subsequently moved over after permission from the officer.

She performed fine on the nystagmus test. A woman of her build and weight will find the other tests difficult if possible. IMO the only reason why the physical tests were given is she performed well on the nystagmus. When she was naturally walking she appeared unintoxicated.....with any types of substances.

I didn't see her veer "off the road multiple times" ... I did see her driving straight on the road, maintaining a relatively even distance between the lines in the lane and then making a safe stop behind a tall truck in front of her. By the time the truck moved forward the overheads were on ... and she moved over when it was safe to do so after the officer talked to her.

American citizens have the right to refuse unreasonable search and seizure without a warrant. Seems like she was just exercising her Constitutional Rights. The cop turned out to be wrong... she didn't smell of booze, passed the field sobriety test, the breathalyzer, and the blood test.

She was arrested solely because she is related to a prominent Republican. She was arrested by a black officer who likely wanted to keep other blacks on the Democrat plantation... smearing a Republican politician was her goal and she got it... now the walk back will be on page 17 whereas the original slander was on page 1.
