Noticed the Colony location today in front of Top Golf. It took about two months for them to get the Grapevine location redone from what it previously was... and nothing at all has been done to this location, so I wouldn't expect it until next year.

They just got the Colony location from Michael Irvin Playmakers. You can't expect them to have it made over into a Rowdy Cowboy as soon as they put up a sign.

When you talk about the girls that work at breastaurants, money is not the ultimate thing like it is with providers, you have to have lots of game as they all have heard the lines before.

Those Rowdy girls easily make $1000-2000 a shift just in tips. They don't need to OTC for your puny miserable $700.

Insane bottle pricing. At least $100.00 per bottle mark up.
I wonder if their drinks will be as watered down as Tight Ends were.
Playmakers was just a big open barn of a sports bar with a large central bar high bar tables, and a lot of straight booths around the perimeter.
Unless they gut the place and dress it up I can't see it being worth those prices to come look at a bunch of untouchable waitresses with fake boobs.
