Well that time of year is back in Texas. Think about a day at Emerald Lakes, just north of the big Bush airport in Porter. $50 will get you and a friend in for the day. Not the same thrill of getting caught you can get elsewhere, but not a chance of a getting a criminal charge either.

I was thinking more like the stretch of beach, between High Island and Sabine Pass, where it is usually remote enough to be at a sufficient distance to go full tilt, out in the open, especially if another set of eyes is available, to look for approaching vehicles.
