I care… she is a bully. If nobody is above the law and she really did list her unit as 4 instead of 5. List her primary residence as VA. List here father as an s o or a husband. Simply to benefit her finances… I still cannot afford my own home. I certainly wouldn’t lie on applications !! Then she can eat document crow. Because nobody is above the law. Mortgage fraud in Virginia, with Daddy issues. Basically, trying to shave a point or two of interest.

Claiming Virginia as her primary, while taking a whizz on NY residency requirement fraud.

Claiming a 5 unit building as a 4 in NYC. Ultimately resulting in insurance fraud, but also tax fraud. A 4 unit is considered/treated as residential, a fiver is commercial. Interest and insurance cost more for commercial properties. So basically points shaving again.
