If providers are nervous about openly having a menu for everyone to see due to legal reasons, they could always create a password protected menu, and only allow people to access it after they have been screened. Lacy, I don't doubt that you are worth every penny you charge for your time. Sometimes those of us in the midwest are perhaps a little too sensitive in responding to perceived criticism from those providers visiting here from other areas of the country (different markets). Rather than just say you'll never visit again, why not set dates for possibe visits and see if you can pre-book enough to make your visit cost effective? Try to target your clients buy posting "no one under 35"? I think to be fair, your "critcism/complaint/comment" is not unique to KC.

Finally, you have to take into consideration that local gentlemen are just spoiled as hell with great providers with which we are familar with whom we tend to repeat even with rates comparable to yours. So let's all not get weird about this. Lacy made a comment in which she later admitted may not have been stated as accurately as she may have, and we all know that this is not an uncommon observation in the business.
