You're not a BBW...you're just obese...

I've always wondered how the hell this happens, how do you not notice that you went up in waist size? You don't go from a size 0 to size 14 over night, so at some point you have to stop and think why you don't fit in your clothing anymore. Sorry but I have no pity for these folks who claim they didn't notice the weight increase till it was too late. Originally Posted by mojojo213

Saw an ad for this yesterday. I don't advocate juicing, it's just another fad diet, but the story of this guy is pretty good...

If one decides to start a high protein diet I forgot to mention it is crucial to maintain hydration.
If not you run the risk of ketosis.

Over a year ago I visited the museum of natural science to see the body worlds exhibit, it's interesting to see how your body functions and what can happen when you introduce vices of any sort to your body. I guarantee that exhibit will make you appreciate your body a lot more. Seeing the layers of fat, clogged arteries, and other sorts of harm we cause our body as a result of our poor practices up front is an eye opener.
Read this thread and I immediatly though of this:

Ha! Love it...story on KHOU about Whataburger adding "low calorie" items to their menu...

http://www.whataburger.com/browse_nutritional_info.php

That probably means going from 1,000 calories for a burger to 800...fucking stupid...
