You're not a BBW...you're just obese...

Here you go...only the beginning...as leaders start to realize that most people are not "smart enough to decide for themselves what to eat and drink"...

If you must eat out, eat at panera or subway. Those are basically the only restaurants that have low calorie counts. Exercise needs to be vigorous. I do mixed martial arts but other aerobis exercise can help as well. But mainly, focus focus focus.
Dear god. It's the end of days.....

C'Mon, Wakeup, you know better than to bump a thread over 30 days. Start a new one. Originally Posted by Dorian Gray

#13 - In our review forums, be mindful of the 'maturity' of threads you are posting to, ie. the date of the last item posted. We ask that you refrain from posting to a review in which the last post was made 30 or more days ago. Some exceptions may apply if you are providing relevant, valuable or updated information about the provider, but as a general rule of thumb, this can best be accomplished by writing a new review altogether and avoiding the bumping of old ones. This applies to our review forums, in particular, as discussion threads are often allowed to flow for an unspecified length of time.

I have a good friend that is very overweight. He went to his doctor and asked for a prescription to help him lose weight. The doc. wrote it out and handed it to him. "Food times one half, exercise times two".

Got this from a cookbook from Sherry Granader, former co-owner of Gold's Gym. It's called the "Lose Weight, Feel Good, Be Healthy, Lose Weight, No, It's Not a Diet Cookbook". Every meal should consist of 20% protein, 20% fat and 60% good carbs. This is what your body needs to make energy and burn calories (lose weight). Limit total fat to 30 grams per day. Cut out sugar, cut out sodium. If it's fried, don't eat it! It's about changing your eating habits, not dieting. Diets do not work permanently. Lost 75 lbs. using her method. Never was hungry. Just ate the right stuff. Finished breakfast a little while ago. French toast, with spreadable fruit instead of syrup and powdered sugar. Eggs, milk, bread, cooked in a little natural butter. Spreadable fruit. I prefer strawberry and blackberry. All natural and delicious. It's OK to splurge a couple (two) of times a week. Get donuts on Saturday morning, etc. Just make it a special occasion and not your every day lifestyle. Do this and you'll lose about 2 lbs. per week, not dieting.

Turns out the fatties aren't even smart enough to vote...

The mayor is a genius. Thinck about it ... The smaller drincks cost more per ounce and people will buy two small drincks instead of the large drinck. The restaurants will make more money. The city will make more money in sales tax revenues.
