The decision was reversed by a panel of three Republican appointed appellate judges. Trump nominated Cannon in 2020. I understand the article and the concern about Judge Cannon, but wtf does Monica Lewinsky have to do with any of this? She has a Masters Degree in Psychology. Her being quoted in this article only takes away from any validity IMO.
