Yep, it is...

BTW, you guys hear about this Facebook fitness mom?

http://www.nydailynews.com/life-styl...icle-1.1487278

She actually got called a "bully" for that...well fuck you, fatties...

"What I WILL say is this. What you interpret is not MY fault. It's Yours. The first step in owning your life, your body and your destiny is to OWN the thoughts that come out of your own head. I didn't create them. You created them. So if you want to continue 'hating' this image, get used to hating many other things for the rest of your life. You can either blame, complain or obtain a new level of thought by challenging the negative words that come out of your own brain. With that said, obesity and those who struggle with health-related diseases is literally a 'bigger' issue than this photo. Maybe it's time we stop tip-toeing around people's feelings and get to the point."

Our society needs to stop reinforcing fat as a positive body image. The whole "I'm comfortable in my body" fat image is simple enabling of horrible habits and weak minded actions. You want to call someone a "bully" for pointing out your fat? How about you unfuck your fat ass...and don't give cause for anyone to talk about you...another horrid example of how that word is completely misused. Originally Posted by Wakeuр

Hey RM...Club O.B.C.T. is an elite offshoot of Unca Henry's Foxxxy Lady Lounge...same like Triple Nine Society is an offshoot of Mensa...well, sort of.

But it's not encrypted...all you gots to do is say it: O - B - C - T!

As tall as you are, you must be down to fightin' weight at 130! Now the hard part starts: staying there...It's amazing how little food a person really needs.
Interesting research on the whole "build muscle to burn fat" idea... Originally Posted by Wakeuр

Of course, if you do sprinting for an hour you will burn more calories and fat than walking for an hour. DOH!!!

But, and here is the point - do you really really want to burn fat? Then jog for WELL OVER AN HOUR. The first hour burns mainly carbs. Then after an hour all the carbs are burnt. Then you start serious fat burning. There are no carbs left to burn.

But you have to do it for over an hour.

If you are going to exercise by walking, you have to do it for over 4 hours.

Every day!!!!

Actually you don't need to do it every day. Do a 2 hour jog once a week, and then 3 lots of 90 min jogs during the week. Then add in a session of 10 x 800m faster intervals, or maybe 12 times sprinting up a hill. Yes there are some in Houston.

Start off with a 10 min jog, and increase by 10% every week.

Then, wonders of wonders, you will lose weight.

Pansying about with 30 mins a day in the gym is not going to get you anywhere.

Of course, diet is the other side. There's a book I'm searching for which has all this in it. Give me a second.

I enjoy my Sunday 14 mile 2.5 hour runs because I know my trainer tells me I need to take on protein ASAP after finishing. I need it. Plus, you should see my trainer
