Other Hobby Sites

TER has always confounded me. You have no idea how many times my former assistant had to try to explain that site to me. I really wish they would change their platform, or whatever you call the bones of the site.. how it works. It seems unnecessarily complicated and outdated. Originally Posted by CarolineDavenport

Contact them to link your reviews to your TER ID. They have information on doing that there.

TER is pretty confusing to navigate, I recently just linked my site to my ID.

After you login, up top it should say Site Reviews. Click it and then a new page should pop up it says NEWSITESMySites, and a search engine. How I did it was first, entering my category "Ebony". And then, below the search engine it should say ADD YOUR SITE TO THIS CATEGORY. Follow the directions, they will send you an email about linking their TER Symbol to the first page(s) of your website. Once that's done, someone from the site will review to make sure you've done that and send you a confirmation email saying that your site has been approved.

I hope this came across clearly? Lol.

Just email me, I started with TER, so no biggie, if you would like me to SKYPE with you & walk you through it, ya know, talk while I guide you through, no prob! Would be way easier than back & forth- we can figure out when if you like-

I think that there are probably too many hobby sites around as there is. Something that I have noticed about the hobbyists is that they tend to gravitate towards the sites where as many providers as possible are posting advertisements. For better or for worse, AS*D fulfills that need for Texas hobbyists at present. The main hook for a successful escort review board is apparently the ability of a site to draw in as many providers as possible and this in turn attracts hobbyist participation and yes I feel that there are some "politics" involved in this; the idea of honest or truthful accounting of reviews is in subjugation to that. The proverbial chicken and the egg.

I've checked out this site with some interest, and it will be interesting to see how it unfolds. However, if a site like this does not somehow figure out how it can offer something *different" or *unique* from what the main powerbroker AS*D is offering, then it would reason that the participation here will either begin to either dwindle or diminish in time...especially if everything is carbon copied from a more active, robust site. I'm sure the hosting fees for a site like this can be expensive...depending on where it's hosted. !!!!

Ok. . .i've always kind of just stuck to this place or maybe a GBN. I've checked to see that ladies had a TER account but couldn't ever really read the reviews there after they made changes a year or so ago.

I finally made an account. And did a review under a different name than here. Am I missing something? There doesn't really seem to be a great organization to it. Its hard to navigate well or see ads for different areas unless its a major metro. Perhaps I'm not finding the right area?
