Good pre-season game. Hoyer hardly played. He looked ok. Lots of dink and dunk. It took Mallett a while to get going but when he did he look very good

When Fox showed REM's career history, I became convinced Ryan Mallet must have grabbed Mrs. Obrians ass.

Looking forward to the day Houston trades for Jimmy Garoppolo and Matt Cassel so that all four failed Tom Brady backups can be housed under a single roof. ONE OF THEM MUST HAVE GOTTEN SOME BRADY ON HIM COME ON GUYS

I LOL'd...twice.

Eli! Imagine if they had Eli on this team. My God. The Giants won TWO Super Bowls with a kickass D-line and Eli. The Texans had all offseason to find a mouthbreather like Eli to man the helm. And they couldn’t find anyone.

“So once I was in Houston on MLK day. And a friend of a friend from Houston said we should go to Popeyes for ‘He Be We Be’ day. I say what the hell is ‘He Be We Be’ day. He goes: ‘He be dead, we be off’.I don’t know that guy but he grew up in Houston.”

The Brady suspension was just overturned. Can't say I'm surprised. Goodell proved once again he is a fucking idiot. He should have known that the evidence he used to suspend Brady wouldn't hold up in a court of law.
I was a little disappointed in Bob McNair's defense of Goodell. I get they want the control but you've got to have solid physical evidence if you're going to come down on a high profile player that hard and let it go to court.

I'd be more inclined to say they got away with one and the NFL lost. It was stupid of Goodell and the NFL to think they had enough solid evidence to win a civil law suit. A preponderance of circumstantial evidence is still circumstantial evidence. They had to know that.

They pretty much had a two game suspension locked up if they had just settled. That's what Kraft paid the million $$$ for. Goodell should have taken that and run. I suspect he did it for a combination of his and the owner's egos and the fact that it kept the NFL in the spotlight and national news for several months. The problem with that plan now is they come out as the loser and Brady gets no punishment whatsoever.

Nothing really changes for the Brady haters or the Brady Fans. Their perception of him stays the same and he gets to play all the games.

In the end, public perception among the neutral crowd will now lean even more towards Goodell being the buffoon ( or puppet) he really is. It won't hurt the brand though. That's why the owners have him in place. He will serve them well as their shield until he doesn't anymore but hell, I'd probably do the same thing for 50 million a year.

The thing that really gets me about this whole thing is how they got court dates to line up just right and so quickly. There are poor bastards waiting for years for a date with a civil court judge and this thing took less than two months to get adjudicated. It really leaves a sour taste. I think someone in authority should be asking questions.of the courts but we all know that won't happen.

Cheaters like Brady and the coach ready don't care about the damage they may do to the league. They just want to win and if the league goes down so what

I think the Ginger Hammer picked the wrong dude and wrong team to try and muscle around with. What if it were someone from the Raiders or Browns? I bet it'd be a way different outcome. What bothers me is that the NFL has it's own security, police, and overlord that thinks they are above the law and a separate entity that can do whatever it wants, however it wants, while disregarding basic principles of law. I understand that some form of that is needed to keep the inmates from running the asylum, but too much is too much.

If the Browns had deflated the balls they still wouldnt win any more games . They would probably find a way to lose more . The Raiders owner is crazy . Probably would of taken the team to Canada & end up folding in a few years from it but wouldnt care just to spite the leaugue .

I would of like to of seen if it was Dallas or Green Bay how this would have gone down .

I mean you. I'm not asking for speculation on what you think it would take to bring the league down or what it would take for anyone else to stop watching.

Yet no one is going to boycott, no one is losing any sleep over it. Ratings will be just as good or better than ever.
To top it off the NFL is fucking exempt from federal taxes.
What's wrong with this picture?
Tom Brady is a bitch. He lied, he busted up his cell phone, he acted like a total cunt, he liked his balls flat. He should have told the Ginger hammer "yeah I like my balls like I like my women, flat". Taken a 1 game suspension and shut the fuck up. He costs his team a First round pick by bitching out. I hope this gets reversed and Brady gets suspended around playoff time.

Ginger hammer went insane when he knew Brady was lying like a cunt. He dropped the hammer because he was pissed at the Cunt lier messing with the grand poobah's authority. He treated Brady like the bitch that he is. Too bad it didn't stick even tho it was way too much too begin with. If he did one game from the start BrAdy would have stayed at home licked his own balls for a week and got on with it.

Glad this shit is over for a while.
