Jerry Jones started the "Have to have new stadium" bullshit for all the cities many years ago. One of the reasons the NFL sucks. Some college teams play in their 100 year old stadiums and guess what, it doesnt change the game on the field one bit.....

There's all too much "pomp and circumstance" in today's NFL.

When I was a kid, and then later on as a much younger man, teams took the field and bloodied some noses. Now we suffer through Super Bowl halftime shows and the regular season prima donna circus acts.
