At what point do you consider a provider as having a bad attitude? Providers jump in there! It’s your chance to tell when "WE" do this, you get a shitty attitude?

I'll broaden my reply a bit: in any business transaction I think someone has a bad attitude when:
--the think they can agree to one set of terms and then try to change them unilatterally (upselling, or shorting the fee)
--they waste the other's time (NC/NS or being late)
--are insulting, distant, pushy, or in any other way disrespectful
--they think they are special and "deserve" special treatment (a tip, service not on the menu)
--they are careless with another's personal information
I think all of these situations can apply to either the ladies in this business or the clients. And in summary they are the same kind of situations I would think anyone has a bad attitude in any business.
