I quit wearing a watch over 10 years ago. It felt like I set myself free. Cell phone is always on me so don't need a bulky wrist piece draggin me down. I am a ham radio operator and require an accurate watch as several places have signals that switch at 12 seconds each minute. I go to WWV the national standard to keep my watch accurate. There are times when I am expecced to turn my phone off and the watch allows me to know what time it is. I bought this watch at Target on sale for $15. One of my current resolutions is to become more unplugged. And I’m also considering the idea of wearing a watch again.
Something plain that goes tick tock and isn’t connected to a computer or Apple.
So are there any watch people out there?
Oh, and nothing wrong with a smart watch. It’s just not an item I’m interested in wearing at this time.
A plain Timex? Yes.
