There's no "APPEARS" about it, although I do thank you for your support. If I post a link in one of my posts, it means I have actually gone through every sometimes boring word of it and am confident that it supports what I have said. Unlike some people who post a link where they just look at the first item in it that MAY support their anti-whatever obsession they have but do not realize that the rest of the article totally debunks their argument. Yes, I went through and actually read EVERY BORING WORD that was part of both laws. Yes it was boring, and as I said, it was late, I was tired, and I had imbibed a Scotch or several, so it is possible I may have missed something, but if so, it does not appear to be anything significant based on the lack of any remotely reliable rebuttal.
