Outside of a global (country by country) comparative analysis; if you have a valid basis and rationale I'd love to hear it. Not just for the white majority but for ALL. Canada (Universal Healthcare and Lower Crime rates) etc. and Switzerland (Better standard of living, higher pay lower taxes, almost free education) are good examples. Those are two countries I would leave America for in a heartbeat. The US does some good as well but we do just as much dirt so it cancels out
