These threads too often become arguments(drama) not clarification of arguable points that honestly lead to confusion on the part of everyone that was not involved.
I believe a provider has every right to defend her reputation. Providers, with good reputations on this board, that had a bad session for whatever reason should say as much and leave it at that. In this case less is more.

I completely understand how a provider can nervous when a review is posted and a bunch of hens start posting things like "scratch that one off my list" "sorry to hear about that"and so on.
She saw post that could potentially disrupt her income....so she posted a reply. It's her right. No rule says she can't.
However, at the end of the day. It does come down to YMMV.
I for one can tell you that I've had way too many sessions to count that sucked. If you've been in the game for a while, you already know that's just the nature of the game.
