With other professions....consultants, independent contractors, health services, i've learned that if your skill-sets and and talents justify it, then make your rate and stick with it. You will always have clients willing to pay it and if you're right about your abilities, they will be loyal. I would think that the same applies for providers.
I haven't been doing this long but I have been completely satisfied with $300+ providers...more so than the $200 ones. But I do seek more of an experience than just a quick fix. So to each his own.

I'm a young'un in the hobby world and haven't gotten a chance to experience that yet, but I do look forward to that reality. That's a great perspective of the hobby my friend.
