For you maskerbators......

Well... maybe a couple of folk here already know or at least suspect it - I've not been wearing a face diaper since January 2020 and for better or worse - here I am. But I do agree with you on beefing up ye olde immune system. See MATH+ Protocol out of a University in Virginia.

No, I want to have a healthy immune system, as well. Sheltering it, in eternity, isn't healthy either for a body. I'm waiting to see that we have finally contained this virus (and its variants) and/or we have a reliable OTC treatment (not just vaccine) for it. Originally Posted by SecretE

Without any symptoms how would someone know they are Asymptomatic and shedding the Virus? You're talking Bureaucratic bullshit. Originally Posted by Levianon17

Just kidding. The Marik protocol doesn't have much in it that should hurt you.

This is updated and easier to follow. A person who's trying to avoid getting the disease should follow the "Prophylaxis" protocol. And not take the Ivermectin:

As I think you know, this may have saved my life. Or at least saved me from getting COVID from a stripper with a cough who tested positive the day after we spent an evening together.

I didn't wear one while driving or talking to a neighbor or getting my mail. People seem to have this idea that if you're not in the hospital or in bed with the chills you still have Covid-19 but you're Asymptomatic and you're contagious to others. Some people simply will not get Covid-19 at all regardless if they wear a mask or not wear a mask or if they don't get vaccinated.

Your should Google asymptomatic carrier, and do some reading.
He doesn’t read. I pointed that out previously.

After I got vaccinated and stopped wearing a mask my fitness level dropped. I was doing interval training with a KN95 mask in the gym and I could really feel it when I'd go for a run outside, without the mask obviously. I had an extra kick. Wearing the mask was like training at altitude.

SecretE, don't worry, surgeons who wear masks every day haven't been dropping dead. You should wear a mask as long as you see fit. Originally Posted by Tiny

I feel like I'm one of the few in that middle ground. Fauci was right when he privately said "masks don't work"...because people, in general, aren't using face coverings with enough of a barrier, in or out...but I'm not going to deny that wearing my N95 level masks this past year plus has kept me less sick (or, at least, less symptomatic) than previous years...even before I was vaccinated.

Like I said, I'm waiting to see if we are out of this for the long haul. Too soon to tell, IMHO.

That's what Health Care is. Unfortunately many, many people are never very healthy even after keeping up with all of their medications and yearly vaccines. Part of that problem rests on the fact that their diet is absolutely deplorable and Doctors don't make a living giving Nutritional advice. It's all about the Pharmaceuticals and Vaccines.
