There won't be any updates on this topic for quite sometime. The case will go to federal court at some point. Until then, there is no point keeping it open. The federal courts will rule and a new thread next year will be created.

I'm all for killing all threads once they degrade to back and forth name calling for a complete page.If you as a mod, feel we are rehashing the same thing over and over, axe it.

If you as a mod wanted to combine similar threads, that would be awesome too.
