It has not been proven that she sent or received classified information THAT WAS PROPERLY MARKED AS CLASSIFIED. and you clearly don't understand that world--not being marked properly DOES NOT absolve her from guilt--or crimes in this case. They have found that there are 4 classified documents on her sever, but were they properly marked as classified by the person who sent them to her? Depends more on what system they were transmitted on.

If someone sent Hillary an email with classified information and did not mark it classified that is not her problem. It is not her problem if someone in the state department sent her an email that was marked unclassified and then later they change the classification to Classified. Actually, in many cases--almost all cases when talking about someone of her level, yes, it IS her problem.

By the way, the FBI is not investigating Hillary, they are investigating the emails. That part is true. It wouldn't be the FBI that investigates her role.

If people in the State Department were breaking the law and she was the Secretary of State then she is ultimately responsible for the behavior of her employees. It means that she did not make sure that they were properly trained and that is on her. Seriously, do you really think someone sat around removing classified notations from her emails? Just find that person and demand to know why they did it before carting them off to prison as they committed a crime. Some things, like satellite photographs, are only Top Secret and the Secretary of State admitted. If she had a photo in front of here then she knew it was classified.
