Lol. Quite the opposite, actually. McConnell and trump spent the entirety of 2017-2020 packing the courts with loyalist judges of their choosing. The justice system has been completely politicized by these fools, and it's still not working out for trump.

“The decision to segregate personal materials from Presidential records is made by the President, during the President’s term and in his sole discretion.”
“The [Act] does not confer any mandatory or even discretional authority on the archivist… Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President.”
This is hard judicial precedent, these are the hard facts.
