Preacher Man Dont Call Me!

What the fuck is up with you men and that word? Do you know what a whore is? A whore is a Pig. Why would you call a human being such? I mean -- the nerve of some of you men. Disgusting. Originally Posted by Naomi4u

I have a problem with anyone using the word whore to generically describe the ladies on this forum. They are ladies that work in a nontraditional field and if they do their job well they bring happiness to others. That is more honorable than many of the acceptable jobs.

As for the preacher every second spent being outraged by his hypocrassy is a second of your life you will not get back. He is not important enough to matter and it sounds like people already know about his flaws. Move on.

Whore Hooker and John or Trick. If used in earnest it's very demeaning to all concerned. I think we all have a little better command of the language than to have to resort to that level of communication. Now pig doesn't bother me at all. lol It just means I have an over active appetite for beautiful women.

I guess we could use those nice terms such as "escort" and "provider" or even "ladies that work in a nontraditional field" but they are euphemisms that gloss over the essential commercial nature of what happens between the men and women who populate this board.

There are many synonyms for "whore" including doxie, strumpet, wanton, call girl, working girl, harlot, pro, slut, slattern and hustler. I am sure there are many others that aren't in my thesaurus. Which one(s) do you prefer if the "w" word is too harsh?

Please don't construe this post as passing any moral judgments. I think we conceded that we are sinners, but not low lifes, and that men and women should be able to make mutually beneficial short term arrangements. My point is that we shouldn't sugar coat what we do with euphemisms and pretty phrases.

burkalini, I am not fond of the "W" word just like I'm not fond of the "C" word, but I am concerned about the creation of a type of "escort board correctness" that limits and restricts discussions and distorts the reality of what we are doing here. To say it more plainly, let's not kid ourselves.

I respect your opinion and I trust that you respect mine.
