Seem to me that the younger they are the less accountable they are. NCNS is just an immaturity thing. I've developed a rather low tolerance for excuses. I was the excuse master as a kid. So I don't want to hear them now.

Sometimes age does not determine maturity level plus so many factors can cause NCNS such as 1. bad business practice 2. drugs 3. double booking 4. laziness 5. lost phone 6. busted for not screening 7. family emergency 8. fell asleep etc but you are right on one thing. Excuse is just an excuse and no one wants to hear them. Thats why an email, phone call or even a smoke signal lol before the appointment would be nice to let them know things won't go as planned .
