Reasons for not seeing someone. Provider or Hobbyist

Lets see what i can stir here. I pesonnally negotiate prices and some are fine with it and some not and i really dont give a hoot. Some providers here like to black list guys because of it and they dont even know them again i dont give a hoot because they seem shallow and they save me money. There are only a couple ladies here ive seen more than once and its either because of their service or attitude the rest i can do without.
I do agree with a few here as if i believe they are priced ridiculously, i will pass them by. For me looks are only 50% of it the rest is attitude and being nice and accomadating.
