The Galleria is about as much as a sure thing as you can get. Nicer hotels for good rates. Parking is better than downtown. It is centrally located.

Regarding bars...all the nice steakhouses and restaurants in River Oaks District are HOT right now. As is Mastro's, Capital Grille, Trulucks, and many others.

Oh really im staying right next to trulucks! Thats so cool thanks for the advice! I LOVE unwinding at a bar after a long day so im glad i switched up areas. Thank you everybody for your advice!
