They are called the Constabulary in Belize. The way around that is you find the right caretakers to actually live there until you lease it, sale it, or move in. Decided not to actually retire there when I found out that they grow Sugar Cane but import Sugar. I said to myself all hell no. Never actually stayed in it. So, I am waiting to unload it.
