I think any time you hide the phone numbers and pictures of girls like a secret society make people use Pm's to control appointments have to schedule a week in advance ,plus a whole bunch of other problems big and small you don't have a free market any time you regulate or control you create problems

I think a lot of times a provider gets busted because she's just stupid with the way she conducts her business, drawing attention to herself, incall location, etc. Or I think drugs also come in to play.

It all depends on how you look at it. I originally got 100% of my business from tos and didn't join anything else for years but I wanted to tour to other areas and found the gents"stale" on tos as well a here once I joined it.
